Annual Services

In addition to our regular Sunday Services, there are a number of annual services which mark various points in the church year. We have set out below the format in recent years. This may be subject to change - please see the calendar on this website for the most up to date information.

Lent & Easter

Ash Wednesday

Join us for a reflective service of Holy Communion at 7:30pm using the traditional language of the Book of Common Prayer.

Maundy Thursday

Join us for a reflective service of Holy Communion at 7:30pm using the traditional language of the Book of Common Prayer.

Good Friday

A quiet, contemplative service of readings, music and prayers at 3pm.

Other Services

Harvest Festival

Our Harvest Festival service takes place on the first Sunday in October, at each church. An All-Age Service, with a collection of tinned goods, clothing and other items for The Manna Society, a day centre for homeless people near London Bridge.

Remembrance Sunday

One of the most well-attended services of the year, with representation from local Royal British Legion and uniformed groups. Each parish has a service which starts shortly before 11am.

All Souls

This is a quiet reflective service for anyone who has lost a loved one, friend or family, adult or child, recently or years ago. During the service, the names within the wider community who have passed on in the last year are read out. Friends and family who wish others to be remembered in the list of names are invited to contact the Rector in advance.
